About The Position

Sleep Number is hiring a Furniture Delivery Driver/Installer to help customers experience their first night of quality sleep. The role involves delivering Sleep Number products with a partner, communicating product features and benefits, and building connections with a diverse range of customers. Team members represent the Sleep Number brand and help customers become successful “Sleep Experts.” The position offers paid on-the-job training and work in climate-controlled trucks. Base pay starts at $19.75 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $400 per month through the Monthly Incentive Program. Sleep Number also offers eligible team members benefits and resources supporting emotional, financial, career, community, and physical wellbeing.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Be able to lift and carry up to 200+ pounds with help from a partner.
Have prior experience in a customer-facing role.
Have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases, such as a state-issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID, or other acceptable identification.
