About The Position

This role is for an ambitious professional who strives to hit their goals in funeral sales. The position offers qualified leads, community connections, and a dedicated team to support efforts with qualified leads, appointment setting, and strategic marketing resources. The Funeral Sales Representative will connect with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones. The company, Precoa, is the leading national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance industry, partnering with premier, market-leading funeral homes to implement a lead generation and marketing system called Proactive Preneed. Their goal is to help families prearrange and put into place intentional plans to help their families begin healing at the time of loss.

Requirements

  • Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
  • Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
  • Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities

  • 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
