About The Position
Morgan's Funeral Home is seeking an ambitious professional to join their team as a Funeral Sales Representative. This role offers qualified leads, appointment setting, and strategic marketing resources to support your sales efforts. You will represent a premier funeral home partner in qualified meetings with clients, focusing on planning final wishes and providing peace of mind for their loved ones. As an Advance Funeral Planner, you will have a dedicated team supporting you with appointment setting and client information, along with field management providing organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
Responsibilities
- Make what you want: Base salary plus commission, training pay, 401k match (typical average of $50,000-$70,000/annually)
- Capitalize on our support: Lead generation programs and strategic marketing programs provided at no cost – you’ll be representing one of our premier funeral home partners in qualified meetings with clients that typically last 90 mins.
