About The Position

Arivo is expanding its Funding team and is seeking a Funding Analyst interested in building a career in finance and risk. Funding experience is not required; hands-on training will be provided. The role involves reviewing loan files and customer applications, verifying information, entering data, researching vehicle information, applying funding guidelines, and communicating with customers. The analyst will cross-train on funding tasks and can develop toward more advanced roles. The position is based in West Valley City, Utah, with a hybrid/in-office work arrangement. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude toward changing processes.
• Drive to learn, ask questions, accept feedback, and apply it quickly.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates by phone and in writing.
• Comfort using computers and email, and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to ensure documents, signatures, and payment details are complete and correct.
• Verify income and perform calculations to confirm customer applications.
• Enter contract and customer details into systems quickly and accurately.
• Research vehicle values and history using tools such as Kelley Blue Book, NADA, and Carfax.
• Apply funding guidelines and clear outstanding conditions so deals can close.
• Communicate with customers to gather information and keep their loans on track.
• Cross-train on funding tasks and build toward more advanced roles.
