About The Position

Arivo is hiring a Funding Analyst to join its growing Funding team in West Valley City, Utah. The role offers hands-on training in loan funding and an opportunity to develop a career in finance and risk. Prior funding experience is not required. The position requires accuracy, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn. The work is hybrid/in-office, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule and possible Saturday shifts. Pay is $20–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude toward changing processes.
• Drive to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and apply it quickly.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates by phone and in writing.
• Comfort using computers and email, and learning new systems.
• Dependability.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to ensure documents, signatures, and payment details are complete and correct.
• Verify income and perform calculations to confirm customer applications.
• Enter contract and customer details into company systems accurately and efficiently.
• Research vehicle values and history using Kelley Blue Book, NADA, Carfax, and similar tools.
• Apply funding guidelines and clear outstanding conditions so deals can close.
• Communicate with customers to gather information and keep their loans on track.
• Cross-train on funding tasks and build toward more advanced roles.
