About The Position

Integrated Connections is recruiting on behalf of a long-established, progressive, multi-specialty functional medicine practice in Greenville, South Carolina. This practice is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team and support continued growth and access to innovative, patient-centered care. The position offers collaboration with experienced leaders in functional and longevity medicine, a low patient volume with providers seeing only 10-12 patients per day, and a 4-day work week. The practice is a growth-oriented organization that values continuous learning, professional development, and mentorship from established experts in the field.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Training and/or experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for both men and women.
• Experience managing complex chronic conditions through a Functional Medicine approach.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team-based care.
