About The Position
The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor provides leadership and supervision for day-to-day operations in assigned areas and for a clinical team. The role also provides community-based intensive counseling services to youth and their families using the Functional Family Therapy model. The position requires flexibility to meet families’ availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends, and work at various locations. Travel is required.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
- Ability to meet professional standards, licensure/certification requirements, and/or contract requirements.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Flexibility to meet family availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends.
- Ability to travel.

- Functional Family Therapy experience is preferred.
