Full Stack Software Developer III
About The Position
BAM is seeking a full stack developer to design, develop, and maintain web- and mobile-based software applications. The role delivers performant web experiences and high-quality, tested code using C# and .NET Core, with a focus on reliability, security, and maintainability. The developer works with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS cloud services, Git, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and contributes to microservice and modular architectures and RESTful APIs. The developer collaborates with technical colleagues and stakeholders in an agile delivery environment, participates in agile ceremonies and code reviews, investigates and resolves complex software issues, and creates technical documentation. The role also includes mentoring and coaching junior developers, staying current with technology trends, and proactively taking on responsibilities as needed. This is a fully remote position requiring independent work and consistent engagement using collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and/or certifications.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, custom JavaScript using popular libraries, and advanced web technologies and techniques.
- Experience with database design, data modeling, SQL, and database administration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience integrating cloud services into software solutions.
- Experience with microservice and modular architecture, RESTful development, API design, and reusability.
- Understanding of UX design and ability to map business-process workflows.
- High proficiency in Angular and ability to coach, mentor, and upskill engineers in Angular architecture, patterns, and best practices.
- Understanding of user-centric design software tools.
- Experience with database design and enterprise data modeling using PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of RESTful patterns and API endpoints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Enterprise experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven involvement in agile work environments.
- Ability to identify and use standard software design patterns.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and maintain engagement using collaboration tools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with recent versions of Angular.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript.

Responsibilities
