About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for fixed-duration, project-based work. The engineer will develop end-to-end system features, from user experience through backend code, and deliver client solutions using emerging technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset. The role requires subject matter expertise, effective collaboration, responsibility for team decisions, and contributions to decisions involving multiple teams. The engineer will own project areas to support quality delivery and continuous improvement, guide less experienced colleagues, contribute to architecture and design discussions, and work with cross-functional teams to align technical approaches with business goals. The position requires onsite work in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, with no significant travel expected.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Java Full Stack Development.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Expert proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Release Management, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Application Design.
