About The Position
IOMAXIS is seeking an agile, Top Secret-cleared full stack web developer with a back-end focus in Python to join its team in Quantico, Virginia. The developer will work with a small team of developers and researchers in an agile, fast-paced, mission-driven environment, building software packages deployed in support of cyber operations. The role involves learning new technologies and participating in the software release process. The annual salary range is $210,000–$230,000.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college; equivalent experience may be considered instead of a degree.
- Full-stack web development experience with a back-end focus in Python.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience directly performing work on a major program, project, or activity relating to computer software development.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience focused on web applications or databases.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, Python, Django, Flask, Docker, Bottle, or CSS.
- Experience setting up code to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Understanding of software engineering principles such as design, unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
- Experience or interest in learning cybersecurity, or previous CNO experience.
- Experience with SQL and basic database functions and integration.
- Experience with mobile hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Flexibility to collaborate with other developers on projects.
