About The Position
Loula is seeking experienced full-spectrum doulas to join their growing network of independent doula providers. Loula is building the leading provider network for birth and postpartum doula care. They partner with both Medicaid and commercial health insurance plans to make it easier for doulas to accept health insurance without the administrative burden. Loula offers full-service support for Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing, and payment to doulas in California. Loula empowers doulas to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. Their mission is to help doulas build thriving practices while making it possible for insured families to access the care they deserve.
Requirements
- Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation
- Adult and infant CPR training
- HIPAA training
- Liability insurance
- Located in California
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to clients.
- Manage client relationships and practice.
- Complete an interest form to move forward in the process.
