About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Full-Service Task Force General Manager to join CUSA, LLC. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive skill set, including extensive knowledge of Marriott brand standards and a proven track record in managing full-service hotel operations. This role requires demonstrated experience overseeing a full-service property of 200+ rooms, including banquet facilities and a fully operational food and beverage outlet. Strong expertise in managing Marriott-branded hotels-particularly in leading robust food and beverage operations-is essential. Proficiency in hotel management systems and operational tools is critical to ensuring efficiency, optimizing performance, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling them to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive a high-performance culture. The role also demands strong problem-solving abilities, with a balanced and empathetic approach to both team member and guest concerns. Analytical acumen is important for evaluating performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
