About The Position

Copeland’s of New Orleans is seeking a Full Service Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and daily restaurant operations. The manager serves as a positive role model for Copeland’s core values, helps instill those values in Krewe Members, and contributes to an environment focused on made-from-scratch food, hospitality, learning, and operational excellence. Copeland’s describes itself as a family-run restaurant legacy established in 1983 and promotes a fun, innovative, and rewarding work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
• A focus on lifelong learning and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and enforce Copeland’s systems, standards, routines, and recipes.
• Forecast and ensure cost-effective inventory and production operations.
• Report to and support the General Manager in achieving daily goals.
• Support and maximize Krewe Members’ productivity.
• Attract and recruit new Krewe Members.
• Enhance guest experiences and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards for staff and guests.
• Model Copeland’s core values and help instill them in Krewe Members.
