This role is ideal for someone who understands sales talent, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and knows how to identify candidates who will succeed in a performance-driven organization. The ideal candidate has direct experience recruiting for sales roles and understands what separates a top-performing sales representative from someone who simply interviews well. You have strong instincts for identifying coachability, resilience, competitiveness, and the qualities that drive success in sales. This role requires someone who is comfortable moving quickly, making quality hiring decisions, and engaging with candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Requirements

  • Previous sales recruiting experience
  • Strong ability to evaluate sales talent and identify top-performing candidates
  • Ability to recognize qualities that contribute to success in sales-driven roles
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates while maintaining speed and quality throughout the hiring process
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
