Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or related field) or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting in an an agency or healthcare; preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in high-volume recruitment; non-medical and licensed professionals
  • Understanding of state and federal home health standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Full-life cycle recruitment of health care professionals.
  • Lead all aspects of the recruiting process to meet organizational needs, in collaboration with other departments.
  • Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals through various sources, including internet resources, company databases, company provided leads, referrals and social media.
  • Develops, builds and maintains candidate relationships through effective sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Build and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified healthcare candidates using creative sourcing methods.
  • Manage the full recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, screening, onboarding, and candidate relationship management.
  • Develop recruiting pipelines through networking, referrals, job fairs, school partnerships, social media, and community outreach.
  • Track recruiting performance metrics, maintain candidate databases, prepare leadership reports, and improve hiring and retention efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards by conducting verifications, credential checks, background coordination, orientation, and maintaining state/federal requirements.
