Manages the recruitment and selection process for assigned exempt and non-exempt position to include the development and implementation of recruitment plans, recruitment advertising programs, recruitment metrics, and recruitment related activities and initiatives. Directly posts, source passive candidates, negotiate salary, and close candidates. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload. Ensures compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements and relevant employment laws.
