About The Position
The Green Hills YMCA is looking for a Full Circle Coordinator to lead and develop impactful programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for participants, ensuring they are enriched in Spirit, Mind, and Body. The coordinator will also supervise staff and volunteers, build relationships within the community, and assist with administrative duties and program development.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- A four-year degree OR a combination of life/work experience and education
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A passion for inclusion and helping others thrive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead activities that enrich participants in Spirit, Mind, and Body
- Ensure a safe and supportive space for all program members
- Supervise staff, volunteers, and program operations
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and the community
- Assist with administrative duties and program development
