About The Position
The Full Circle Coordinator at YMCA at Brentwood leads and develops impactful programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for participants, focusing on enriching them in Spirit, Mind, and Body. The coordinator will also supervise staff, volunteers, and program operations, build relationships with participants, families, and the community, and assist with administrative duties and program development.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- A four-year degree OR a combination of life/work experience and education
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A passion for inclusion and helping others thrive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- New Hire Orientation (before first shift)
- CPR Pro/AED & First Aid (within 30 days)
- Relias training (within first two weeks)
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead activities that enrich participants in Spirit, Mind, and Body
- Ensure a safe and supportive space for all program members
- Supervise staff, volunteers, and program operations
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and the community
- Assist with administrative duties and program development
