About The Position

As a Full Case Selector, you select general merchandise and grocery products for shipment to stores, working individually in a warehouse. You use order sheets or an audio headset to select full-case products from warehouse pick slots, arrange items on pallets, wrap bundles in plastic, and transport pallets to the shipping dock. In some cases, you may load pallets onto trailers. The role also includes placing orders into totes and onto conveyors and assisting with stocking inventory. Work is performed in a friendly distribution environment where safety is a high priority. The position is full-time on the first shift in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Training pay is $20.00 per hour; after training, pay is $21.00 per hour plus performance incentives.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma; General Studies is listed.
Accurately identify and count items and follow voice commands.
Work safely and maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

Responsibilities

Listen to voice commands and accurately select orders from racks or stock.
Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging.
Work at a steady pace while correctly identifying and counting items.
Place orders into totes and onto conveyors.
Arrange selected products on pallets, wrap bundles in plastic, and transport pallets to the shipping dock; in some cases, load pallets onto trailers.
Assist with stocking by opening boxes and placing products into inventory locations.
Work safely and effectively while keeping the work area clean and sanitary.
