About The Position

The Fulfillment Supervisor leads a team of associates to achieve productivity, quality, problem-resolution, customer-service, employee-relations, and safety goals. Working closely with upper management, the supervisor supports operational excellence and the overall success of the facility. The position is based in Belton, Missouri, and works Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a track record of implementing and managing change.
• Strong listening, collaboration, communication, and motivation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while focusing on operational goals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross-trained.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS/OMS.
• High school diploma.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Lean Six Sigma and continuous-improvement training and experience.
• Supply chain or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 10–12 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Assist the client with the needs and demands of its products.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and manage costs in the assigned business unit.
• Meet customer-service key performance indicators, including order-fill-rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs, promote LEAN principles, and participate in process-improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment while meeting or exceeding corporate safety goals.
• Communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates to support their growth and development.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
