About The Position

The Seasonal Fulfillment Supervisor provides hands-on leadership and daily operational support for picking, packing, and shipping at the Obetz fulfillment facility during peak seasonal operations. The role coordinates daily workflows, directs seasonal associates, monitors productivity, and helps ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. It is a temporary, hourly leadership position supporting increased operational demands during the busiest season. Scheduled hours may fluctuate with order volume and staffing needs; overtime, weekends, and extended shifts may be required. Seasonal employment does not guarantee continued employment or conversion to a regular, year-round position. The supervisor oversees shift-level performance in productivity, order accuracy, safety, and on-time shipping; allocates labor and adjusts assignments as needed; coaches associates and supports onboarding and training; and partners with Fulfillment Management, HR, Inventory Control, Shipping, and other Operations teams. The role also reinforces company policies, safety and quality standards, food safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), while maintaining shift reports and communicating operational results and concerns to management. The position is based at the Obetz facility in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment. It requires extended periods of standing and walking, bending and reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must follow facility safety requirements and applicable dress code policies.
