About The Position

As a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician, you will join a team focused on fulfillment and order accuracy. The role operates production equipment, prepares and repacks medications, supports accurate dispensing and packing, and helps maintain equipment and work areas. The position is fully onsite and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent working experience.
Missouri Pharmacy Technician license.
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions.
Ability and desire to assist team members.
Basic PC knowledge.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with fingers, hands, and arms.
Ability to work in confined areas close to machinery and in environments with varying noise levels.

Microsoft Office suite experience.

Responsibilities

Accurately and responsibly operate production equipment, including changing prescription labels, cleaning printers, and monitoring equipment.
Prepare drugs for dispensing.
Repack and restock medications and materials.
Collaborate with pharmacists and production clerks to ensure medications are adequately filled and packed.
Clean and help maintain equipment and the work area.
Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
