About The Position

Fidelity Fulfilment is seeking a hands-on B2B Fulfillment Manager to lead business-to-business fulfillment operations in Salt Lake City. Working alongside the Warehouse Manager, the manager will oversee accurate, timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders in accordance with customer requirements. The role includes supporting warehouse employees, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, investigating shipping and inventory issues, monitoring performance, improving processes, and maintaining a safe and organized workplace.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B fulfillment, including some supervisory experience.
A good understanding of retail shipping requirements, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, or Costco, including EDI processes and retailer compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead daily B2B fulfillment activities and support warehouse employees.
Ensure retail and wholesale orders meet customer packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements.
Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
Investigate shipping errors, customer chargebacks, and inventory discrepancies.
Monitor performance, improve processes, and reduce avoidable costs.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive working environment.
