Requirements

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be competent driving a box truck
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be comfortable using a tablet-based system
Must have Basic Math Skills (measuring, use of calculator)
Must have the ability to comprehend basic engineering concepts and units of measure (pressure, length, flow rate, etc.)
Must be fluent in English for reading, writing and verbal communications
Must have Basic Computer Skills including MS Word and Excel
Must have good customer-service skills

Responsibilities

Must drive company box truck and or other vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, based on company provided schedule
Must pick up boxes of metal parts, load and unload into truck or other vehicle.
Ensure parts are handled with care and cleanliness is maintained during all transfers
Maintain defense driving protocols
Keep the vehicle clean and fueled
Ensure the periodic schedule vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
Prepare accident and incident reports as necessary
Assemble metal parts using hands and basic tools in a timely manner
Must have excellent visual attention to detail
Maintain accurate counts of items assembled
Must be able to learn our in-house work order control system
Perform other assignments as assigned
