About The Position

The Fulfillment Coordinator is critical in supporting cross-functional teams within the business, across various levels, including sales, shopper marketing, marketing, market development, national retail activation, and production. Maintain asset inventory management system via e-commerce ordering platform & fulfill distribution requests as orders are placed. Inventory all event & demo assets, coupons, POS, printed assets, tradeshow assets, cups, coolers, merch, etc. accurately and restock as needed. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with request and quality control standards of cold perishable items to minimize spoilage. Forecast and place all product orders and innovation samples for sales meetings, market development needs, and marketing gifting, while continuously maintaining inventory and monitoring shelf life. Support in office fulfillment tasks. Manages ERP inputs and process vendor invoicing. Pick up marketing materials from vendors at will call, as needed. Attend to other ad hoc fulfillment requests as assigned or approved by the manager.

Requirements

  • 2 years of warehouse/inventory, and or fulfillment service
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Familiarity with software systems such as ERP’s (D365) and e-commerce sites (Shopify or External)
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Proven success of efficient kitting and shipping processes.
  • Knowledge of FIFO and shipping logistics of cold perishable items to prevent spoilage.
  • Experience with eCommerce platform backend management.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment, flexible with task assignments, and adaptive to change.
  • Positive team player attitude and interpersonal skills, willing to help where needed to ensure business success.
  • Navigate new situations and obstacles by taking the initiative to problem-solve and recommend solutions.
  • Effective and proactive communication, ability to convey technical information in a relatable manner.
