Your focus will be on maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction. In addition to your existing responsibilities, we’re introducing new aspects related to inventory and reverse logistics. Now, let’s delve into the specifics of processing inbound member registration forms and updating Ancora batches.

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Entry-level experience, preferably with some exposure to mail room operations.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of office supplies and inventory levels of swag and P360.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Posts outgoing mail.
  • Handle inventory-related tasks.
  • Manage the flow of returned packages, returned mail, and inbound replacement stocking orders.
  • Process returns, salvage, and inventory removals (MIRs) in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle environmentally sensitive items (ESIM) responsibly.
  • Process restock and damaged items accurately.
  • Receive and process member registration forms sent via mail.
  • Scan and digitize the forms for efficient record-keeping.
  • Validate the information provided by cross-referencing with existing data.
  • Collaborate with the Ancora team to validate and update member information.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data within Ancora batches.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Occasionally assist the Print Facility with print finishing tasks.
  • Perform scanning and file conversion duties.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Multitask effectively in our fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain an organized approach with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiently use computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a Windows environment.
