Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor.
A01-Entry : Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience
• Works autonomously and collaboratively in a fast past environment while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude
• Stands for prolonged periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Works in one of the designated roles: Product Picking (parcel), Product Packing (parcel), Shipping Associate (parcel)
• Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
• Maintains safety rules throughout shift
• Safely operates machinery within the warehouse (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.)
• Understands production workflow processes
