About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver curbside orders; and monitor alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently and assist customers by greeting them warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care.

The role includes receiving merchandise, tagging items, organizing the stockroom, replenishing merchandise, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. You interact with customers on the sales floor and during curbside pickups, fulfill orders accurately and promptly, share Loyalty program benefits, and help achieve sales goals. You work collaboratively with colleagues and help organize the stockroom and complete orders to prepare the team for the next day.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete orders and organize the stockroom to prepare the team for the next day.
