As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, deliver orders curbside, and monitor alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time. You help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently while greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance. The role combines behind-the-scenes operational support with customer service and selling. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, learning about products and promotions, receiving and tagging merchandise, and organizing the stockroom. During the day, they assist customers, fulfill orders accurately and promptly, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They help customers learn about the Loyalty program, complete transactions, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. At the end of the day, they organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. It also involves frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register.
