Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Dulles Town Center
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, organize, and restock merchandise, and maintain stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers, listening to their needs, and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and provide a courteous close to customer interactions.
- Prepare the store for daily operations by reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support store operations, customer service, and sales goals.
