Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Chesterfield Town Center
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to help complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time and keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently. The role also involves greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Colleagues help prepare the store, maintain shoppable spaces, support merchandise moves, and contribute to sales goals through teamwork and customer-focused service. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain the stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including monitoring alerts to ensure BOPS orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and provide a sincere closing interaction.
- Review goals and product and promotion information and prepare the store for the day.
- Organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
