About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time, while helping keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interactions, including greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, and close the day by organizing the stockroom and completing orders.
