Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Cumberland Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interactions, including warmly greeting shoppers, listening and resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. You help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and help organize the stockroom and prepare for the next day. The position emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, operational excellence, and working toward sales and store goals. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage.
- Deliver orders curbside and monitor alerts to complete BOPS orders on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.

- Complete and organize orders, prepare the stockroom, and support the team’s readiness for the next day.
