About The Position

This position is responsible for efficiently completing assigned duties and operating a vehicle to deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers. Drivers load and unload petroleum products in compliance with company and government regulations, operate trucks safely, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and complete required inspections and daily service checks. The role also requires completing and transmitting paperwork according to company procedures and coordinating daily with dispatchers.

The company offers overtime opportunities while allowing drivers to get home every day. Weekend availability may be necessary.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean MVR.
• Required Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Required TWIC card.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Subject to quarterly random drug screens under FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.
• Must be available to work weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with petroleum products in compliance with company and government regulations.
• Safely operate trucks according to company policies and state and federal laws.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform required safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform daily service checks, including checking oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items.
• Complete and transmit paperwork in compliance with established company procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers daily.
• Deliver petroleum products to company-owned sites and customers.
