About The Position

Compile and analyze basic information which is to be placed in reports, summaries, presentations, charts, graphs, or tables as necessary to support the Quality Assurance department. The scope of this position is to provide support to FSQS personnel ensuring product quality and food safety program compliance by compiling data and completing appropriate reports.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent Communications skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and appropriate communication with management teams by maintaining and sending out reports on supplied dates, ensuring compliance to regulatory, food safety and customer expectations.
• Send supplier complaints when product is outside of specific requirements.
• Maintain records and filing and the foreign material log.
• Send out accurate daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly reports to management, suppliers and customers.
