Requirements

Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or graduate degree and approximately 7 year of related work experience
Degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
Minimum of 5 year of experience working at a professional services firm, financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company
Experience working in an asset management firm, private bank, investment area of an insurance company, mutual fund complex, third-party service provider, or as a consultant in one of these companies
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team through all phases of the initiative life cycle
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing industry and deep content knowledge in the Asset Management area
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
Willingness to travel to meet client needs and a valid driver's license and passport required
