About The Position
The Frozen Shift Leader is an hourly, entry-level management role in the Frozen Foods department. The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, learning and applying company values, business measures, standards, and operations, and leading a knowledgeable and passionate team to help customers find high-quality, fresh frozen products. The position requires working in below-freezing temperatures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience or a college degree.
- Computer skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
- Apply company merchandising standards, highlighting product quality, freshness, and uniqueness.
- Use product knowledge and enthusiasm to educate team members and customers about available products.
- Approach customers, answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions and solutions to complete meals.
- Manage employee performance and development by providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities.
