About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Froster puts the finishing touches on cakes for guests, adding the sugar on top to make each moment extra sweet. The role is part of a warm, welcoming bakery team focused on bringing joy to guests and the community. Team members are trained in cake crafting and career growth. The bakery offers flexible work schedules, closes earlier than many food-service jobs, and maintains a casual dress environment where T-shirts and sneakers are welcome. Employees also receive cake discounts and may have opportunities for advancement. Compensation is $15.50 per hour. Employees at a franchised bakery are employed by the franchise owner/operator, not Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate.
Responsibilities
