About The Position

Columbine Country Club is hiring part-time Front Servers to provide food and beverage service in its à la carte dining facilities, including multiple dining rooms, a lounge and bar, the patio, and the Men’s Locker Room Grill. The role focuses on providing members and guests with an exceptional dining experience in a professional, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere, adapting service to each table’s needs. The position offers flexible schedules that can accommodate other jobs or school responsibilities and starts at $22.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional dining experience for members and guests in a professional, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere, responding to each table’s dining requirements.
Serve as a liaison between members and the kitchen, carrying out the steps of service efficiently from welcome to farewell and following service standards.
Learn and describe food and beverage menus, including beer, wine, and spirits, in detail from memory.
Use the point-of-sale system to enter orders accurately and promptly, ensuring food and beverages are prepared correctly and delivered to the correct position numbers.
Complete pre- and post-shift duties as assigned by the Dining Supervisor and/or Food and Beverage Manager, including setting up dining areas, cleaning them after meal periods, and completing side work.
