About The Position

This seasonal internship provides hands-on training in various aspects of the hotel business. The intern serves as a utility player, rotating among departments and entry-level service positions based on business needs. Rotations include front office, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets and events, and pool and recreation; other departments or roles may be added as needed. The intern also attends Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars during the summer season.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.

• Previous experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly in various entry-level service positions across the property.
• Rotate among front office, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets and events, and pool and recreation; additional rotations may be assigned based on business needs.
• Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Adapt to changing schedules and demonstrate flexibility.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the summer season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
