About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Chicago is seeking an Overnight Front Office Ambassador to join its team in Chicago’s Gold Coast. The role focuses on providing an elevated arrival and departure experience and creating memorable stays through warm, personalized hospitality. The hotel has 215 rooms, more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and four food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and sincerely, helping them feel cared for and valued when they enter the lobby.
• Engage guests to understand the purpose of their visit, identify and address unexpected needs, and offer personalized service.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve them efficiently and discreetly.
• Remain calm and alert during high-traffic or emergency situations.
