The Front Office Agent will provide hotel support and service in accordance with Aman’s Core Ambitions, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values, Competencies and Spirit. This position has an hourly compensation rate of $37.91. The role involves performing all Front Office assigned functions, preparing, and executing an ideal Aman New York Journey to guests. The agent is responsible for maintaining the highest quality database relating to Guest History and acting as an ambassador of Aman New York by providing genuine care to guests and team members. This role requires well-rounded hospitality professionals who embody the Aman New York pillars and values, providing quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly, efficiently, and courteously, with a focus on follow-up and follow-through. Responding to guest and leadership feedback, particularly in areas relating to Guest Satisfaction, and focusing on improvement is key. The agent is responsible for achieving and maintaining a high guest retention ratio and must possess an in-depth knowledge of activities, directions, travel time, cost, and various forms of transportation around New York City. Maintaining clean, neat, and organized surroundings, ensuring a safe and positive environment, and staying current with developments and procedures in Aman New York by attending pre-shift and departmental meetings are also essential duties. Any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Office Management Team may be assigned.
