The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Director, Front Office by leading our Front Desk team through building trust and relationships by nurturing a work culture that celebrates diversity, inclusiveness, belonging, growth and development and by inspiring colleagues to deliver heartfelt experiences for each and every guest. This position will provide overnight relief to our night manager, including at least two overnight shifts (11 pm – 7:30 am) per week, subject to change based on business needs. The role involves supporting the Director of Front Office in all aspects of the department and inspiring the Front Office team to follow all service standards, consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service while creating heartfelt experiences. The Assistant Front Office Manager will ensure proper staffing and scheduling of all Front Office colleagues in accordance with productivity guidelines, communicate pertinent information through pre-shift logs, emails, and departmental meetings, and develop supervisors and colleagues through a meaningful training program. The role also includes assisting guests regarding hotel facilities and following all department policies, procedures, service standards, and safety policies. The position requires working weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
