About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Front Office Team as our Overnight Front Office Assistant Manager (Night Manager). As our Night Manager, you will lead our overnight team and act as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available.

Requirements

  • Lead and inspire the Front Office and Guest Services team, fostering a culture of exceptional service through thoughtful hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance development.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Catering to ensure seamless coordination of arrivals, departures, group experiences, and billing arrangements.
  • Curate the guest arrival experience by overseeing room assignments and personally ensuring VIPs, returning guests, and group clientele receive anticipatory, personalized service.
  • Drive revenue performance by identifying upsell opportunities, guiding the team to exceed goals, and delivering on high-demand (red date) strategies with precision.
  • Uphold the highest standards of financial integrity by ensuring adherence to all accounting procedures, overseeing cash handling, billing accuracy, and end-of-day audit processes.
  • Work cross functionally with additional teams and departments to ensure we deliver exceptional service during our overnight shifts.
