About The Position

Call Your Mother is hiring a Front of House Team Member for its Logan Circle shop. Team members provide welcoming hospitality, prepare and serve food and drinks, and help keep the shop clean and running smoothly. Daily work includes brewing coffee, ringing in orders, delivering food accurately, answering guest questions about Call Your Mother, and helping teammates wherever needed. Shifts may bring different tasks and surprises. The role suits people who enjoy staying active, are outgoing and team-oriented, take pride in doing the right thing, and value genuine hospitality. Weekend availability and a preference for morning shifts are expected; the posting says team members do not work night shifts. Bagel experience is not required, and the company welcomes applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. The physical demands include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and repetitive movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools with manual dexterity. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and may occasionally involve confined spaces.
