About The Position

Call Your Mother is hiring a Front of House Team Member for its Hilltop location. Team members provide friendly, genuine hospitality; prepare and serve coffee; enter guest orders; deliver food accurately; keep the shop clean; learn and communicate information about Call Your Mother; and assist teammates as needed. Shifts can bring different tasks and surprises in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role suits outgoing, active, hospitality-minded people who take pride in doing the right thing, work well as part of a team, and enjoy making guests feel welcome. Prior bagel experience is not required; the company values attitude over a polished resume and welcomes applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. The role calls for morning availability and weekend availability, and does not include night shifts. The position involves working around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally in confined spaces. Physical requirements may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
