About The Position
Call Your Mother is hiring a Front of House Team Member for its Capitol Hill shop. Team members provide warm, thoughtful hospitality, prepare and serve coffee, enter guest orders, deliver food accurately, keep the shop clean, learn the menu and company, and help teammates wherever needed. Shifts can bring different tasks and surprises in a fast-paced shop environment. The role is suited to outgoing, active, team-oriented people who take pride in doing the right thing, enjoy connecting with guests, and value hospitality. Weekend availability and a preference for morning work are expected; the position does not require night shifts. Bagel experience is not required, and applicants from a wide range of backgrounds are encouraged.
