FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Flik Independent School Dining is hiring a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor at Masters Academy International in Stow, Massachusetts. The role monitors the food service operation to ensure top-quality products and service. The supervisor supports a clean, organized operation, ensures staff are on task and quality assurance standards are met, manages inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste, and monitors marketing signage for accuracy and appropriateness. The position requires three years of food service experience and the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with hours that may vary; further details are provided during the interview. Pay is $20.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
