About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor at the Alaska Airlines Training Center in SeaTac, Washington. The role monitors the food service operation to ensure top-quality products and service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; additional details may be provided during the interview. Previous lead and barista experience is required. The pay range is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous lead experience.
- Previous barista experience.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Ensure staff stay on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate.
- Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
