FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor for its foodservice operation at Wayfair in Denver, Colorado. The role monitors the operation to ensure top-quality products and service. The position is offered in full-time and part-time schedules, Monday through Sunday, with hours that may vary. The supervisor helps maintain effective daily operations by managing inventory, monitoring staff and quality standards, keeping the operation clean and organized, and ensuring marketing signage is current and appropriate. The role also upholds company and client policies and procedures and may include other assigned duties. Barista or food service experience is required.
Requirements
- Barista or food service experience is required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Ensure staff remain on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitor marketing and confirm that signage is current and appropriate.
- Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
